M & M Industrial Services was chartered by Terry Metreyeon in the early part of 1999 as a Texas Corporation.  Since then the Company has expanded with the acquisition of PetroSpect Industrial Services, Inc and BlueWater Industrial Technologies LP.  The Company is centrally located in the golden triangle area at Nederland, Texas between the Beaumont - Port Arthur area and employees more than 100 full time personnel in our various trades.

Our company commitment is the balanced triangle concept.  The Company, employees, and customers all share equally in the responsibility of a successful relationship.  The Company is closely held which permits flexibility and easy access to management.
